Silpa, S. et al. 2022 - Polarization and Spectral Index Data

This dataset contains the Stokes I, Q, U images and spectral index maps (*_ap.fits, *_ap_Q.fits, *_ap_U.fits and *_alpha_blank.fits, respectively) of the 5 individual sources (type 2 quasars) presented in Silpa, S. et al. 2022, MNRAS, 513, 4208. In addition, there is a rotation measure image of J0945+1737 (J0945+1737.rm_blank.fits). The details of how these maps were created from the raw datasets are described in the paper. The images are presented in .fits format and contain all of the standard meta-data in the header.

本数据集包含Silpa S. 等人2022年发表于《皇家天文学会月报》（MNRAS）第513卷第4208页的5个独立源（Ⅱ型类星体）的斯托克斯I、Q、U图像（Stokes I, Q, U）与谱指数图，对应文件分别为*_ap.fits、*_ap_Q.fits、*_ap_U.fits及*_alpha_blank.fits。此外，还包含源J0945+1737的旋转测量（rotation measure）图像，文件名为J0945+1737.rm_blank.fits。关于如何从原始数据集生成这些图像的详细步骤，已在该论文中予以说明。所有图像均采用FITS格式存储，文件头中包含全部标准元数据。
