Nutrient fluxes in the lower St. Lawrence Estuary

Ocean observations from the inaugural Odyssee winter field campaign of 2018, which are presented in the manuscript "Nutrient transport pathways during winter in the Lower St. Lawrence Estuary". In particular, the nutrient, CTD observations, and turbulence observations processed according to methods described in Bluteau et al. (2016) JTECH DOI: 10.1175/JTECH-D-15-0218.1.

The winter CTD observations are contained within Winter_SBE_CTD.nc, while the turbulence observations are in VMP_Odyssee.nc.

For completeness, the observations from Atlantic Zone Monitoring Program (AZMP) presented in the paper were included inthis repository. The complete datasets can be requested from the Canadian Integrated Ocean Observatory System (http://cioos.ca) via the St. Lawrence Global Observatory (https://ogsl.ca).

本数据集包含2018年首届Odyssee冬季野外考察的海洋观测数据，相关成果已发表于研究论文《圣劳伦斯河口下游冬季营养盐输运路径》（"Nutrient transport pathways during winter in the Lower St. Lawrence Estuary"）。其中，依照Bluteau等人（2016）发表于《Journal of Atmospheric and Oceanic Technology》（简称JTECH，DOI: 10.1175/JTECH-D-15-0218.1）的方法处理得到的营养盐观测、CTD（Conductivity-Temperature-Depth，电导率-温度-深度剖面仪）观测与湍流观测数据均已收录其中。
冬季CTD观测数据存储于Winter_SBE_CTD.nc文件，湍流观测数据则存储于VMP_Odyssee.nc文件。
为保证数据集的完整性，本仓库同时收录了论文中提及的大西洋区域监测计划（Atlantic Zone Monitoring Program，简称AZMP）观测数据。完整数据集可通过圣劳伦斯全球观测站（https://ogsl.ca）向加拿大综合海洋观测系统（Canadian Integrated Ocean Observatory System，简称CIOOS，http://cioos.ca）申请获取。
