Following the MR, sensitivity, and Steiger test analyses conducted between eQTL-cell pairs and AD, 2,401 eQTL-cell pairs were identified as being associated with AD using the IVW method (Supplementary File 1). Similarly, using the same analytical methods, a total of seven chemokines were identified as having causal associations with AD (Supplementary File 2), followed by 2,149 eQTL-cell pairs with causal relationships to seven chemokines (Supplementary File 3). Based on the integration of these analytical results, 2,149 key eQTL-cell pairs and seven key chemokines were identified.

针对表达数量性状基因座(expression Quantitative Trait Locus, eQTL)-细胞配对与阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's Disease, AD)开展孟德尔随机化(Mendelian Randomization, MR)、敏感性分析及施泰格检验(Steiger test)后,本研究通过逆方差加权(Inverse Variance Weighted, IVW)法共鉴定出2401个与AD相关的eQTL-细胞配对(详见补充文件1)。采用相同分析方法,本研究同时鉴定出7种与AD存在因果关联的趋化因子(详见补充文件2),以及2149个与这7种趋化因子存在因果关系的eQTL-细胞配对(详见补充文件3)。基于上述分析结果的整合,最终筛选得到2149个关键eQTL-细胞配对与7种关键趋化因子。
