Resynthesized Capsella allopolyploids

RNA-sequencing data of Capsella bursa-pastoris, Capsella grandiflora, Capsella orientalis, synthetic autotetraploids, and C. orientalis x C. grandiflora diploid hybrids and allotetraploids, used for dissecting the effect of hybridization and whole-genome duplication on gene expression patterns, and distinguishing the short- and long-term effect of allopolyploidization.
