Gene expression profiles were performed on MDA-MB-231 TNBC cell line treated with entinostast, all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA), and doxorubicin as single, double, and triple combinations using Illumina. Treatment signatures were made from each drug treatment and integrated to find a comprehensive view of changes associated with the epigenetic, differentiation and chemotherapy combination
本研究利用Illumina测序平台(Illumina),对经恩替诺特(entinostast)、全反式维甲酸(all-trans retinoic acid, ATRA)与多柔比星(doxorubicin)单药、双药联合及三药联合处理的MDA-MB-231三阴性乳腺癌(Triple-Negative Breast Cancer, TNBC)细胞系开展基因表达谱(Gene expression profiles)检测。针对每种药物处理分别构建药物处理特征(treatment signatures),并对各特征进行整合分析,以全面揭示与表观遗传调控、细胞分化及化疗联合相关的细胞分子变化。
