Several studies have suggested that endothelial cells which line the blood vessels in each organ significantly differ from each other, but little is known about their distinct and characteristic signatures. We assessed the brain, lung, and heart endothelial translatome using the RiboTag mouse model which allows for the direct isolation of cell-type specific ribosomes and the mRNA undergoing translation. Overall design: Endothelial mRNA translatome profiles of adult Cdh5CreERT2/+; Rpl22HA/+ mice were generated by RNA-Seq using Illumina HiSeq 4000
