通过设计高精度位移传感器和温度补偿算法,研制了一种能在野外高频率、高精度自动记录DBH的记录仪,并通过云平台实时评估树木生长动态。数据集是应用研发的树木径向生长自动观测仪在甘肃祁连山站、北京森林站进行野外测试和示范收集的数据,数据表包括人工测量对照值、不同站点不同树号采集Vi(位移)、Ri(树木周长)和Ci(树木直径)的测量值。通过计算获得树木胸径变化动态,推进我国植被生态监测的自动化、智能化水平和自主创新,服务于国家生态系统监测网络,服务于国家“两屏三带”生态安全屏障建设以及对脆弱生态区的大范围、全天候、立体化监测需求,对推进我国生态文明建设具有重要支撑作用。

By developing high-precision displacement sensors and temperature compensation algorithms, we fabricated a recorder capable of automatically recording DBH at high frequency and precision in field settings, and enabling real-time assessment of tree growth dynamics via a cloud platform. The dataset was compiled from field tests and validation demonstrations of the aforementioned automated tree radial growth monitoring instrument, conducted at the Qilian Mountain Station in Gansu Province and the Beijing Forest Station. The dataset tables contain manually measured control values, alongside measured values of Vi (displacement), Ri (tree circumference) and Ci (tree diameter) collected from individual trees across different stations. By calculating the dynamic changes in tree DBH, this work advances the automation, intelligence and independent innovation capabilities of vegetation ecological monitoring in China. It supports the national ecosystem monitoring network, contributes to the construction of the national "Two Screens and Three Belts" ecological security barrier, and addresses the demand for large-scale, all-weather and three-dimensional monitoring of fragile ecological zones, thereby playing a critical supporting role in advancing China's ecological civilization development.
