Analysis of compound (LJ4827, 5ITU) induced gene expression on HeLa cell. We investigated the mode of action of the LJ4827 and enriched gene signatures by treatment induced transcriptome. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for HeLa cells and its treated cells.

本研究针对化合物（LJ4827，5ITU）诱导HeLa细胞的基因表达展开分析。我们探究了LJ4827的作用模式，并通过该化合物处理诱导的转录组富集得到相关基因特征。整体实验设计：对HeLa细胞及其经该化合物处理的细胞的RNA-seq数据开展比较基因表达谱分析。
