Anchored hybrid enrichment genomic data of the Phrynobatrachus steindachneri complex (Amphibia: Phrynobatrachidae)

Anchored hybrid enrichment phylogenomic data (alignments of 387 loci, fasta files, zipped) of puddle frogs of the Phrynobatrachus steindachneri complex with two outgroups for:
Dolinay, Nečas, Zimkus, Schmitz, Fokam, Lemmon, Lemmon & Gvoždík (2021): Gene flow in phylogenomics: Sequence capture resolves species limits and biogeography of Afromontane forest endemic frogs from the Cameroon Highlands. Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution, in press.

本数据集为斯坦达赫方头蟾（Phrynobatrachus steindachneri）复合群水坑蛙的锚定杂交富集（anchored hybrid enrichment）系统基因组数据（phylogenomic data），包含387个基因座的序列比对结果，格式为压缩打包的FASTA格式文件，并设置了两个外类群。该数据集用于支撑以下研究：Dolinay、Nečas、Zimkus、Schmitz、Fokam、Lemmon、Lemmon与Gvoždík（2021）发表于《分子系统发育与进化》（Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution）的待刊论文《系统基因组学中的基因流：序列捕获解析喀麦隆高地非洲山地森林特有蛙类的物种界限与生物地理格局》。
