This study aims to identify novel cancer stem cell markers by analyzing gastric cancer with spatial transcriptome. This analysis identified a cancer stem cell-associated molecule. Overall design: The sample used was a gastric cancer case, and the pathological diagnosis was Moderately differentiated tubular adenocarcinoma. The stage of the disease was Stage I. The analysis was performed to include the cancer area. The software used was Spaceranger, R, and compatible packages such as Seurat and monocle3.

本研究旨在通过空间转录组（spatial transcriptome）分析胃癌，以筛选新型癌症干细胞标志物。本次分析成功鉴定出一种与癌症干细胞相关的分子。实验整体设计：本研究使用的样本为一例胃癌病例，病理诊断为中分化管状腺癌（Moderately differentiated tubular adenocarcinoma），临床分期为I期。分析范围涵盖癌组织区域，所用分析软件包括Spaceranger、R语言以及Seurat、monocle3等兼容工具包。
