Trypannosome brucei brucei 427 TbTPR86 pullout

TPR86 is a tetra tricopeptide repeat containing protein, which we detected by the pull out experiment of TbSkp-Z, which involves in the regulation of surface proteome changes and suramin seisitivity. In this previous experiments, a deubiquitylase, USP7 was detected as a complex member with strong affinity. This is reverse pullout to confirm the TUS (TPR86, USP7, SKP-Z) complex members.

TPR86是一种含四肽重复（Tetratricopeptide Repeat，TPR）结构域的蛋白质。我们通过TbSkp-Z的下拉实验对其进行了检测，该蛋白参与调控表面蛋白质组的动态变化以及苏拉明敏感性。在前期的相关实验中，我们已检测到去泛素化酶USP7（Ubiquitin-Specific Protease 7）作为高亲和力复合物组分存在。本实验通过反向下拉实验，验证了TUS（TPR86、USP7、SKP-Z）复合物的组分。
