Talaromyces pinophilus strain:NA01 Genome sequencing and assembly. Talaromyces pinophilus strain:NA01

Soil isolate, Talaromyces cellulolyticus NA01, used in this study was isolated from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, India. It was grown on potato-dextrose agar (PDA) dishes at 30 °C and maintained by monthly transfers of mycelial plugs onto fresh dishes. The strain was selected based on its ability to produce range of polysaccharide degrading enzymes.

本研究使用的土壤分离菌株解纤维素篮状菌（Talaromyces cellulolyticus）NA01，分离自印度新德里贾瓦哈拉尔·尼赫鲁大学（Jawaharlal Nehru University, JNU）。该菌株于30℃条件下在马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂（PDA）平板上培养，并通过每月将菌丝块转接至新鲜平板的方式进行保藏。该菌株系基于其可产生多种多糖降解酶的能力而被筛选得到。
