Phyllosphere fungal mycobiome can affect Pinus sylvestris growth and its heritable between similar host genotypes

To investigate interactions between phyllosphere fungi and their host Pinus sylvestris, we collected 1367 needle and shoot samples across 12 plus tree genotypes grown in 4 progeny trials in Estonia and subjected them to PacBio sequencing of ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 gene region. These are sequences from Nohipalo site.

为探究叶际真菌（phyllosphere fungi）与其寄主欧洲赤松（Pinus sylvestris）之间的相互作用，我们在爱沙尼亚的4个子代测定试验林中，采集了覆盖12种及以上树木基因型的1367份针叶与嫩枝样本，并对其ITS1-5.8S-ITS2基因区域开展PacBio测序。本数据集的序列均采自Nohipalo样地。
