To investigate effects of TDP-43 (RNA-binding protein) to transcriptomes in motor neurons, RNA-seq for iPSC-derived motor neurons with TPD-43 knockdown were performed. Both nanopore long and Illumina short-read sequencers were used.
为探究TDP-43(RNA结合蛋白,RNA-binding protein)对运动神经元转录组的影响,本研究针对经TDP-43敲低的诱导多能干细胞(induced pluripotent stem cell, iPSC)来源运动神经元开展了RNA测序(RNA-seq)实验,并同时使用了纳米孔长读长测序仪与Illumina短读长测序仪进行测序。
