Using high throughput sequencing we report gene expression changes in mouse inguinal adipocytes from WT and Tet1 adipose-selective KO mice housed room temperature and exposed to 4 degree of cold for 4 hours Examination of gene expression changes in fractionated mouse Inguinal adiocytes from WT and Tet1 KO mice. Total RNA was isolated from mouse iWAT kept at RT or exposed to cold for 4 hours. 3 mice were used in each group per condition.
本研究采用高通量测序(High Throughput Sequencing)技术,分析了饲养于室温(Room Temperature,RT)条件下、经4℃低温刺激4小时的野生型(Wild Type,WT)与脂肪组织选择性Tet1敲除(Knockout,KO)小鼠的腹股沟脂肪细胞基因表达变化。同时,本研究对分级分离后的野生型与Tet1 KO小鼠腹股沟脂肪细胞的基因表达变化进行了检测。实验从处于RT或经4℃低温刺激4小时的小鼠腹股沟白色脂肪组织(inguinal white adipose tissue,iWAT)中提取总RNA,每组每个实验条件下使用3只小鼠。
