Tongue tissue gene profile in 4NQO induced tongue carcinogenesis before and after IL-1Ra interference

Nine groups of rat tongue tissue RNA samples, including three from normal control, three from 4NQO induced tongue tissue, and three from 4NQO induced and IL-1Ra interference tongue tissue (3 rats per group) were collected for gene microarray hybridization. Significant fold changes among genes were determined by taking the ratio of the expression between 4NQO group and 4NQO+IL-1Ra group versus normal control group in epithelia and fibroblasts cells

本研究共收集9组大鼠舌组织RNA样本，每组均来自3只大鼠：其中3组为正常对照样本，3组为4NQO（4-硝基喹啉-1-氧化物）诱导的舌组织样本，剩余3组为经4NQO诱导且IL-1Ra（白介素1受体拮抗剂）干预的舌组织样本。所有样本均用于基因芯片杂交实验。通过计算上皮细胞与成纤维细胞中，4NQO组、4NQO+IL-1Ra组分别相对于正常对照组的基因表达比值，以此确定各组基因间的显著表达倍数变化。
