Single cell RNA sequencing of aortic CD45+ cells reveals aortic macrophage heterogeneity in mouse atherosclerosis

We have applied single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) as an unbiased transcriptomics to characterize aortic immune cells in atherosclerosis. The scRNA-seq analysis revealed macrophage heterogeneity at the single-cell level in mouse atherosclerotic aorta.

我们采用单细胞RNA测序（single cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq）这一无偏转录组学技术，对动脉粥样硬化中的主动脉免疫细胞开展特征表征。该单细胞RNA测序分析揭示了小鼠动脉粥样硬化主动脉内巨噬细胞在单细胞水平上的异质性。
