By collecting and analyzing the demand volume data and consumption-related data of cloud server customers in Jilin region, this dataset aims to understand the purchasing power level, consumption preferences of customers for cloud servers, as well as the market popularity of cloud servers in Jilin, so as to provide references for enterprises in this industry to formulate cloud server sales strategies, and better deliver personalized products and services to customers.
1. Data Collection: Collect transaction order data related to cloud server demand volume from the company's customers in Jilin region.
2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis.
3. Algorithm Processing: Conduct demand analysis on the processed data with the formula: P = {a1 (minimum order quantity per single transaction) / b1 (minimum consumption amount per single transaction) + a2 (maximum order quantity per single transaction) / b2 (maximum consumption amount per single transaction) + a3 (average order quantity) / b3 (average consumption amount)} * k, where k is the consumption coefficient with different values for different regions. The empirical value of k for Jilin region is 0.8.
4. Data Classification and Grading: Sort the demand indexes of all participating enterprises in descending order, and assign 100-point scores based on the grading system (for example, a demand index of 5 corresponds to a score of 85, a demand index of 3 corresponds to a score of 65, and so on). Then divide customer tiers into high, medium and low categories: scores above 85 are marked as "high-tier", scores within 65-85 are marked as "medium-tier", and scores below 65 are marked as "low-tier". This helps the company better understand its customers: high-tier enterprises can be contacted 1 to 2 times per month, medium-tier enterprises 1 to 2 times per quarter, and low-tier enterprises 1 to 2 times every six months, so as to formulate more precise production and sales strategies.
