Early Signs of Ecosystem-Level Shifts in the North Amazonian Wilderness

Each run file is a compressed file containing: 1) Forward sequence file; 2) Reverse sequence file. Sequences can be extracted using the sequencing data file providing all the tags for each field replicate of each site for all taxa and for each field replicate, and for each PCR replicate of each site for fish.

每个运行文件均为压缩归档文件，内含两类文件：1) 正向序列文件；2) 反向序列文件。可通过配套的测序数据文件提取上述序列，该文件涵盖全部分类单元（taxa）各研究样地所有野外重复样本的全部标签信息，同时也包含针对鱼类的各研究样地的野外重复样本以及各研究样地的PCR重复样本的全部标签信息。
