Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. Transcriptome sequencing

Significant differences of reproduction coefficient and morphological characteristics are between Zhebei 1 and Zhebei 3. To explore the molecular mechanism of the differences in bulb formation and development of the two varieties, and improve the reproductive coefficient and quality of Zhebei 1 and Zhebei 3, transcriptome sequencing was conducted to excavate the key genes leading to the differences.

浙贝1号与浙贝3号在繁殖系数及形态特征上存在显著差异。为探究这两个品种鳞茎形成与发育差异的分子机制，并提升浙贝1号与浙贝3号的繁殖系数与品质，本研究开展转录组测序（transcriptome sequencing）以挖掘导致该差异的关键基因。
