Chinese sea bass (Lateolabrax maculatus) is one of the most important farmed fish in China.Bacterial diseases have a relatively serious impact on the cultivation of Lateolabrax maculatus, which restricts the sustainable and healthy development of aquaculture industry.There are abundant microbes in the intestinal and intestinal microbes can help regulate many physiological functions of the host.And bacterial infections can affect the homeostasis of fish intestinal microbes.In this study, we analyze the abundance of intestinal flora before and after infection with Aeromonas hydrophila by 16S rDNA sequencing and explore the relationship between intestinal flora and host resistance to pathogen infection.
花鲈(Lateolabrax maculatus)是我国最重要的养殖鱼类之一。细菌性病害对花鲈养殖产业造成较为严重的冲击,制约了水产养殖业的可持续健康发展。花鲈肠道内定植着大量微生物,肠道菌群可协助调控宿主的多项生理功能;而细菌性感染会扰乱鱼类肠道菌群的内稳态。本研究通过16S rDNA测序技术,分析了嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)感染前后花鲈肠道菌群的丰度变化,并探究了肠道菌群与宿主抗病原菌感染能力之间的关联。
