we performed a 21-day experiment to evaluate the transcriptional regulation in Sciaenops ocellatus exposed to different lead stress (1day, 2day, 4day, and 7day) and recovery time (2day, 7 day, and 14day).1 day (1 Ed), 2 days (2 Ed), 4 days (4 Ed), and 7 days (7 Ed) of exposure, and subsequent 2 days (2 Rd), 7 days (7 Rd) and 14 days (14 Rd) of recovery.

本研究开展了一项为期21天的实验,以评估暴露于不同时长铅胁迫的眼斑拟石首鱼(Sciaenops ocellatus)的转录调控情况,实验涵盖4种铅胁迫时长(1天、2天、4天及7天)与3种恢复时长(2天、7天及14天)。其中,暴露组分别标记为1天暴露组(1 Ed)、2天暴露组(2 Ed)、4天暴露组(4 Ed)与7天暴露组(7 Ed),各组后续分别设置2天恢复(2 Rd)、7天恢复(7 Rd)及14天恢复(14 Rd)的恢复处理。
