The Vitis vinifera clonal variants ‘Pinot noir’ (PN) and ‘Pinot Noir Precoce’ (PNP) flower at the same time, but for PNP the beginning of berry ripening (véraison) and consequently harvest time are clearly shifted to earlier times by several weeks. Apart from the genotype, seasonal climatic conditions also affect ripening times. To reveal possible ripening regulating genes affecting a delay or an early start of ripening, differences in gene expression profiles between PN and PNP during berry development and ripening were investigated by measuring inflorescences and berries, respectively. RNA-Seq was carried out with close meshed time series during 2014 and 2017.

葡萄(Vitis vinifera)的克隆变体‘黑比诺’(Pinot noir, PN)与‘早黑比诺’(Pinot Noir Precoce, PNP)二者花期一致,但PNP的浆果转色期(véraison)及对应的收获时间均显著提前数周。除基因型外,季节气候条件同样会影响果实成熟时间。为揭示可调控果实成熟提前或延迟的潜在相关基因,本研究通过分别采集花序与浆果样本,对PN与PNP在浆果发育及成熟过程中的基因表达谱差异进行了分析。2014年与2017年期间,研究采用高密度时间序列采样方案开展了RNA测序(RNA-Seq)。
