In order to understand genes expressed during posterior second heart field (pSHF) development, we performed microdissections of the region for transcriptomic analysis at mouse embryonic day 9.5. RNA-sequencing of microdissected posterior second heart field samples at mouse embryonic day 9.5 from 5 wildtype samples.
为探究后第二心域（posterior second heart field，pSHF）发育过程中表达的基因，我们于小鼠胚胎发育第9.5天对该区域实施显微解剖以开展转录组分析。本研究对5份取自小鼠胚胎发育第9.5天的经显微解剖的后第二心域野生型样本进行了RNA测序。
