Whole genome transcriptomic experiments in mice heart development system

In order to understand genes expressed during posterior second heart field (pSHF) development, we performed microdissections of the region for transcriptomic analysis at mouse embryonic day 9.5. RNA-sequencing of microdissected posterior second heart field samples at mouse embryonic day 9.5 from 5 wildtype samples.为探究后第二心域（posterior second heart field，pSHF）发育过程中表达的基因，我们于小鼠胚胎发育第9.5天对该区域实施显微解剖以开展转录组分析。本研究对5份取自小鼠胚胎发育第9.5天的经显微解剖的后第二心域野生型样本进行了RNA测序。
