1966 Census of Commerce: Survey Outline, Questionnaire, etc.

All establishments in Japan on the date of the census falling into JSIC Division G: Wholesale and Retail Trade, except the following:
1. Establishments belonging to the national government or to public or government corporations.
2. Establishments without a fixed place of business and establishments without fixed business facilities.
3. Establishments set up within establishments that have entry restrictions such as entrance fees or require a permit, etc., and establishments on the premises of another establishment access to which is limited to specific persons.
4. Establishments that have been closed for three months or more.

所有在普查日期属于JSIC分类G：批发和零售贸易的日本企业，但以下情况除外：
1. 属于国家政府或公共或政府企业的企业。
2. 无固定营业场所的企业和无固定业务设施的企业。
3. 设立于设有入场限制（如门票）或需许可等准入限制的企业，以及位于其他企业场地内且仅对特定人员开放的企业。
4. 已关闭三个月或更长时间的企业。
