This repository contains datasets generated from techno-economic and uncertainty analyses of anaerobic digestion (AD) systems using dairy manure with lignocellulosic biomass co-digestion (corn stover, switchgrass, and winter rye). The dataset includes baseline scenario outputs, Monte Carlo uncertainty results, and supporting reports for two biogas utilization pathways: combined heat and power for electricity production and renewable natural gas via biogas upgrading. Scenarios cover two biomass supply strategies: on-farm production and externally purchased feedstocks. The underlying model includes detailed process simulation, cost estimation, and uncertainty analysis. This repository provides only the resulting datasets and summary outputs used in the associated publication. It is intended as a data companion to the BioSTEAM-based modeling framework, enabling reproducibility of results for farm-scale AD configurations under multiple feedstock and supply conditions.
