Length-frequency distribution, fatty acid and stable isotope profiles of Antarctic toothfish and their potential prey caught during austral summer 2012–2018

This data file includes (1) Length-frequency distribution of Antarctic toothfish, (2) fatty acid composition (% of total fatty acids) and δ13C and δ15N values (‰) of toothfish and (3) potential prey. Individuals caught in the slope of Indian Ocean sector (IOS), the Ross Sea shelf (RSS), and the slope of Pacific Ocean sectore (POS) of the Antarctica.本数据集包含以下三类内容：(1) 南极齿鱼（Antarctic toothfish）的体长频率分布；(2) 南极齿鱼及其潜在猎物的脂肪酸组成（占总脂肪酸的百分比），以及碳同位素δ¹³C、氮同位素δ¹⁵N值（单位为‰）；(3) 所有采样个体均采集自南极洲印度洋扇区（Indian Ocean Sector, IOS）陆坡、罗斯海陆架（Ross Sea Shelf, RSS）以及太平洋扇区（Pacific Ocean Sector, POS）海域。
