整体实验设计：提取MDA-MB-231细胞与MDA-MB-231-IV2-1细胞的配对RNA样本以制备互补DNA（cDNA）探针，采用安捷伦SurePrint G3人类V2基因表达芯片（Agilent SurePrint G3 Human V2 GE）的基因芯片检测技术，分析蛋白编码基因与长链非编码RNA的表达水平。
