The complete genome sequence of the hyperthermophillic archaeon Thermococcus sp. EXT12C, isolated from EPR 9N

Here we repport the complete genome sequence of the hyperthermophillic archaeon Thermococcus sp. EXT12C, isolated from East Pacific Ridge 9N, Pacific Ocean. This Thermococcus was isolated at 2500m below sea level from a rock sample of deep-sea hydrothermal chimney.

本研究报道了嗜热古菌热球菌属（Thermococcus）菌株EXT12C的完整基因组序列，该菌株分离自太平洋东太平洋海隆9N区域。此热球菌菌株分离自海平面以下2500米处的深海热液烟囱岩样。
