Raman spectra datasets and source code for classifiablity analysis research

This repo contains the datasets and code to reproduce the results in paper "classifiability analysis on spectroscopic profiling datasets".

File list:
data - contains two Raman spectroscopic profiling datasets and their metadata files. One is the Raman spectra of Chinese vintage liquor of 5 and 26 years. The other is the Raman spectra of two types of table salt, i.e., Australian sea salt and Chinese deep-well salt.
code - a Jupyter notebook in the html format that contains all the code and generated results for this study.
src - contains the source code of the dependent package. Exported from github at the June 2023 timestamp.

本仓库包含复现论文《光谱轮廓数据集的可分类性分析》结果所需的数据集与代码。

data - 包含两个拉曼光谱轮廓数据集及其元数据文件。其中一个是5年和26年陈酿中国白酒的拉曼光谱（Raman spectra），另一个是两种食用盐的拉曼光谱，即澳大利亚海盐与中国深井盐。
code - 包含本研究所有代码及生成结果的HTML格式Jupyter笔记本。
src - 包含依赖包的源代码，于2023年6月从GitHub导出。
