In this study, two combined nitritation and Anammox reactors with or without the addition of organics were operated. Effects of organics on nitrogen removal, biofilm formation and microbial community were investigated, and microbial interactions from QS and the role of QS were examined. In addition, the possible microbial cooperations in nitrogen removal and biofilm formation were clarified. These results could provide deep insights into microbial interactions from QS in the Anammox system.

本研究构建并运行了两组分别添加与不添加有机物的亚硝化(nitritation)-厌氧氨氧化(Anammox)组合反应器。本研究探究了有机物对脱氮、生物膜形成以及微生物群落的影响,同时考察了群体感应(Quorum Sensing,QS)介导的微生物互作及其发挥的作用。此外,本研究还阐明了脱氮与生物膜形成过程中潜在的微生物协同作用机制。上述研究结果可为深入解析厌氧氨氧化系统中群体感应介导的微生物互作机制提供重要理论支撑。
