ANALYSIS OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONS AND DIFFERENCES BETWEEN REGIONS

During our research, mechanisms for the effective use of agricultural potential in reducing existing regional disparities in the socio-economic development of the regions of Uzbekistan were studied in depth scientifically. During the research, the role of agriculture in eliminating interregional disparities was analyzed in detail based on international and national statistical indicators, scientific literature, and best practices of foreign countries. According to the results of the analysis, it was necessary to increase the efficiency of resource use in agricultural sectors, strengthen interregional integration, and make wider use of public-private partnership mechanisms to mitigate existing disparities in the country.本研究针对乌兹别克斯坦各区域社会经济发展进程中现存的区域差距问题，开展了深度科学研究，系统探究了有效盘活农业潜力以缩小此类发展差距的实现机制。研究期间，本团队依托国际及本国统计指标、科学文献资料与他国先进实践经验，对农业在消除区域间发展失衡中的核心作用进行了详尽剖析。基于分析结论，该国农业领域亟需提升各类资源的利用效率、强化区域间协同整合，并进一步推广公私合营（Public-Private Partnership, PPP）机制，以缓解国内现存的区域发展差距问题。
