Minimal dataset for: "Microscopic ligation combined with anastomotic shunt for isolated left-sided varicocele in adolescents: a safety and efficacy study"

This dataset contains the de-identified individual-patient data used in the analysis for the associated manuscript. It includes the raw measurements for pain scores (VAS), inhibin B levels, spermatic vein diameters and reflux times, testicular volumes, and asymmetry percentages at pre-operative, 3-month post-operative, and 1-year post-operative time points. These data directly correspond to and underpin all the results (means, standard deviations, and statistical comparisons) reported in Table 1 of the manuscript.本数据集包含用于支撑本研究相关论文分析的去标识化个体患者数据。其涵盖术前、术后3个月及术后1年三个时间节点下的疼痛评分（视觉模拟评分法，Visual Analogue Scale，VAS）、抑制素B水平、精索静脉直径与反流时间、睾丸体积以及不对称百分比的原始测量数据。本数据集与该论文表1中报告的所有结果（均值、标准差及统计学比较结果）直接对应，且为其提供了核心支撑。
