本数据集以经放线菌素D（Actinomycin D，ActD）处理的尤文肉瘤shA673-1c细胞为研究对象，通过RNA测序探究其RNA稳定性。实验整体设计：该实验设置三组生物学重复，对尤文肉瘤shA673-1c细胞施加放线菌素D处理后，分别在0小时、1小时、2小时及4小时四个时间点进行RNA测序。
