Transcription profiling by array of liver samples from FXR+/+ (wt) and liver-specific FXR KO (lKO) mice

To identify genes regulated by FXR in mouse liver, we compared gene expression profiles in livers of FXR+/+ (wt) and liver-specific FXR KO (lKO) mice为鉴定小鼠肝脏中受法尼醇X受体（FXR）调控的基因，本研究对比了野生型（FXR+/+，wt）与肝脏特异性FXR敲除（lKO）小鼠的肝脏基因表达谱。
