沼渣热解制备炭肥及品质调控数据集主要面向厌氧发酵副产物沼渣的资源化利用,针对厌氧发酵接种物、发酵程度对沼渣热解炭化的影响研究开展实验和分析测试,主要记录了不同生物质及发酵接种物干式厌氧消化沼渣热重分析、热解动力学、热重-FTIR-质谱分析、不同干式厌氧消化程度沼渣产炭率和pH,沼渣及沼渣炭的元素分析(C、H、O、N),工业分析(水分、挥发分、固定碳和灰分),XRD分析,沼渣热重热解特性及挥发分释放特性分析(热重-FTIR联用)及FTIR表面官能团分析,以及秸秆干式厌氧消化-沼渣热解过程中NPK养分元素迁移转化特性(有机氮、无机氮、氨氮、亚硝态氮、硝态氮、无机磷、速效钾、缓效钾等)等数据。
Dataset of Biochar Fertilizer Preparation via Biogas Residue Pyrolysis and Quality Regulation focuses on the resource utilization of biogas residue, a byproduct of anaerobic fermentation. It conducts experiments and analytical tests for studies on the effects of anaerobic fermentation inoculants and fermentation degrees on the carbonization of biogas residue through pyrolysis. The dataset mainly records data including: thermogravimetric analysis, pyrolysis kinetics, thermogravimetry-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy-mass spectrometry (TGA-FTIR-MS) analysis of biogas residues from dry anaerobic digestion with different biomass and fermentation inoculants; char yield and pH value of biogas residues under different dry anaerobic digestion degrees; ultimate analysis (C, H, O, N), proximate analysis (moisture, volatile matter, fixed carbon and ash), X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis of both biogas residues and the biochar derived from them; thermogravimetric pyrolysis characteristics and volatile release characteristics analysis (via TGA-FTIR coupling) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) surface functional group analysis of biogas residues; as well as the migration and transformation characteristics of NPK nutrient elements (organic nitrogen, inorganic nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, inorganic phosphorus, available potassium, slow-release potassium, etc.) during the straw dry anaerobic digestion - biogas residue pyrolysis process.
