Dataset for Validated Cohesive Zone Models of Steel–CFRP Adhesive Joints with SikaPower 1277

This dataset contains experimental and numerical data supporting the study “Validated Cohesive Zone Models for Epoxy-Based Adhesive Joints between Steel and CFRP Composites for Multimaterial Structural Design in Transportation Applications.” The data include raw measurement files and photographic documentation from Mode I (DCB) and Mode II (ENF) fracture tests, tensile tests, lap shear tests, and bending tests of hollow beam specimens. All experiments were performed using the epoxy-based structural adhesive SikaPower 1277 applied to steel–CFRP bonded joints.本数据集包含支撑题为《面向交通领域多材料结构设计的钢与碳纤维增强复合材料（CFRP）环氧基粘接接头的验证性内聚区模型（Cohesive Zone Models）》的研究的实验与数值数据。数据涵盖Ⅰ型断裂试验（双悬臂梁DCB）与Ⅱ型断裂试验（端部切口弯曲ENF）、拉伸试验、搭接剪切试验以及空心梁试样弯曲试验的原始测量文件与影像记录。所有实验均采用环氧基结构胶SikaPower 1277制备钢-CFRP粘接接头并完成测试。
