Service testing metrics dataset

The dataset includes data collected during the iterative testing, validation and fine-tuning of the INNO-4-AGRIFOOD services and smart tools, aimed at managing ambiguity during the various iterations as well as measuring the impact of improvements after each iteration. In particular, it contains both qualitative and quantitative data on (i) the satisfaction of SMEs that received INNO-4-AGRIFOOD services, (ii) the satisfaction of SMEs and innovation consultants that have used the INNO-4-AGRIFOOD smart tools, (iii) the impact of the INNO-4-AGRIFOOD services on the business of the SMEs that received them, (iv) the activities performed in the framework of each INNO-4-AGRIFOOD service provided in the context of the project, and (v) different aspects of the services and smart tools that can be further streamlined according to users’ needs and expectations.

本数据集收录了INNO-4-AGRIFOOD服务与智能工具在迭代测试、验证与微调阶段采集的全部数据，旨在管控各迭代环节中的歧义性，并量化每次迭代后改进举措所产生的实际影响。具体而言，数据集包含定性与定量两类数据，涵盖以下五方面内容：(i) 接受INNO-4-AGRIFOOD服务的中小型企业（Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, SMEs）的满意度情况；(ii) 使用过INNO-4-AGRIFOOD智能工具的中小型企业与创新顾问的满意度情况；(iii) INNO-4-AGRIFOOD服务对接受服务的中小型企业业务产生的影响；(iv) 本项目框架下所提供的各项INNO-4-AGRIFOOD服务对应的执行活动；(v) 可根据用户需求与预期进一步优化的服务与智能工具的多个维度。
