We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the subsets of myeloid cells affected by deletion of miR-155 in microglia. Overall design: CD11b+/CD45+ myeloid cells were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and analyzed using scRNAseq.

我们采用单细胞RNA测序(single cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq),分析了小胶质细胞中微小RNA-155(miR-155)敲除所影响的髓系细胞亚群。实验整体设计:通过荧光激活细胞分选术(Fluorescence-activated cell sorting, FACS)分离获得CD11b阳性/CD45阳性髓系细胞,并运用scRNA-seq完成测序分析。
