Calium imaging of neurons in the dorsal raphe nucleus of zebrafish

Data of calcium imaging in DRN neurons during short-term memory assay described in Kawashima <em>et al</em>., (Cell), 2016. <br> The data was acquired locally in a single axial plane of the DRN at the speed of 30 Hz and was not part of the above paper. <br> This data contains three folders for three independent experiments. <br> cell_resp2.mat is Ncell x Tpoint array of the normalized neuron time course. <br> cell_info.mat contains the loci of identified neurons <br> sync_tcourse.mat contains the task information.

本数据集对应Kawashima等人发表于《细胞》（Cell）2016年的研究中所描述的短时记忆检测实验场景下的中缝背核（DRN, Dorsal Raphe Nucleus）神经元钙成像（calcium imaging）数据。
该数据为在中缝背核的单轴向层面本地采集所得，采样速率为30 Hz，且并未纳入上述论文当中。
本数据集包含对应三项独立实验的三个文件夹。
cell_resp2.mat文件存储了经归一化处理的神经元时序曲线数据，其格式为Ncell×Tpoint数组。
cell_info.mat文件存储了已识别神经元的空间位置信息。
sync_tcourse.mat文件存储了实验任务相关信息。
