Training_Set_SMILES_with_References

This dataset contains the molecular structures (SMILES), physicochemical properties, and original literature references (DOIs) for 355 organelle-targeting probes used in this study. The library covers probes targeting lipid droplets, mitochondria, and cell membranes, serving as the training set for the machine learning model.
