Sphere cultured biliary tract cancer cell lines SNU245 and SNU1196

We analyzed sphere cultured biliary tract cancer cell lines and analysed cancer stem cells asociated-differentially expressed genes by microarray analysis. biliary tract cancer stem cells(CSCs) associated DEG We performed complementary DNA (cDNA) microarray analysis using adherent and sphere cells from the human biliary tract cancer cell lines SNU1196 and SNU245 to evaluate the unique molecular patterns of BTC CSCs.

本研究对球体培养的胆道癌细胞系进行了分析，并通过微阵列技术筛选出与癌症干细胞（CSCs）相关的差异表达基因（DEG）。为评估胆道癌（biliary tract cancer, BTC）干细胞的独特分子特征，本研究使用人类胆道癌细胞系SNU1196与SNU245的贴壁细胞及球体培养细胞，开展了互补脱氧核糖核酸（cDNA）微阵列分析。
