Effect of Particulate Matter (PM10) on innate immunity upon H5N1 infection

Comparative transcriptomic analysis of A549 cell after H5N1 infection alone and H5N1 infection with PM10 exposure respectively We exposed cells with PM10 and infected with H5N1 virus in one group of cells and in other group of cells were infected with H5N1 virus alone, total RNA was isolated and whole transcriptomic sequencing was done.

本研究针对分别经单纯H5N1感染、及同时暴露于PM10并感染H5N1的A549细胞开展比较转录组学分析：设置两组细胞，一组经PM10暴露后感染H5N1病毒，另一组仅感染H5N1病毒；随后提取两组细胞的总RNA并完成全转录组测序。
