Dataset of Hydropower Plants and potential Run-of-River in Peru

Development of Hydropower Plants (HPP) and potential Run-of-River (RoR) dataset over Peru, for historical variability 1981-01 to 2020-12, and climate change projections 2036 to 2065 (mid-term) and 2071 to 2100 (long-term). The framework for this dataset presents three main procedures: i) obtained databases to identify potential sites to RoR projects, ii) based on historically representative flows and the net head, we defined the hydropower potential for HPP and RoR and, iii) generated a series of future projections for hydropower potential.

本数据集围绕秘鲁境内水电站（Hydropower Plants, HPP）及潜在径流式水电站（Run-of-River, RoR）开展构建，涵盖1981年1月至2020年12月的历史变化序列，以及2036年至2065年（中期）、2071年至2100年（长期）的气候变化预估情景。本数据集的构建框架包含三大核心步骤：其一，通过获取相关数据库以识别径流式水电站项目的潜在场址；其二，基于具有历史代表性的径流数据与净水头，确定水电站与径流式水电站的水电开发潜力；其三，生成一系列水电开发潜力的未来预估序列。
