黑龙江省30m空间分辨率土壤颜色分布图（RGB）

本数据集是黑龙江省范围的高分辨率土壤颜色分布图（RGB），以30米分辨率的规整栅格格式呈现，覆盖黑龙江省全境，包含了RGB标准化颜色体系的空间分布数据，在采集的黑龙江省自然风干土壤样本基础上，通过室内高光谱反射率测定与分光光度法获取颜色分量值，并结合Landsat 8遥感影像数据加工而来。数据生成过程采用了随机森林等机器学习方法，且经过严格的交叉验证和精度评估，确保了数据的可靠性和预测准确性。作为专门针对土壤颜色这一重要属性的高精度专题产品，该数据集能够直接作为训练特征输入到土壤类型识别、土地质量评估等AI模型中，有效支持黑土地保护的智能化应用。

This dataset is a high-resolution soil color distribution map (RGB) covering the entire Heilongjiang Province, presented in a regular grid format with 30-meter spatial resolution. It contains spatial distribution data of the RGB standardized color system. The dataset was developed based on collected naturally air-dried soil samples from Heilongjiang Province, where color component values were obtained via indoor hyperspectral reflectance measurement and spectrophotometry, and integrated with Landsat 8 remote sensing image data for processing. Machine learning methods including Random Forest were employed in the data generation process, and strict cross-validation and accuracy evaluation were conducted to ensure the data's reliability and prediction accuracy. As a high-precision thematic product specifically targeting the important attribute of soil color, this dataset can be directly input as training features into AI models for tasks such as soil type identification and land quality assessment, effectively supporting intelligent applications for black soil conservation.
