Sequences produced in this study are reported in bold. Species name reported in GenBank entry, voucher number or isolate name and GenBank accession number are reported for each COI, ITS and ITS1 entries. The last nine rows contain information for the COI outgroup sequences.

本研究中获得的序列以粗体形式标注。针对每条细胞色素c氧化酶亚基I（Cytochrome c Oxidase Subunit I, COI）、内转录间隔区（Internal Transcribed Spacer, ITS）及ITS1序列条目，均标注了GenBank记录中记载的物种名称、凭证标本编号或分离株名称，以及GenBank登录号。最后九行包含COI外群序列的相关信息。
