Sweet's syndrome (SS) is a poorly understood inflammatory skin disease. Using RNA sequencing from patients with SS, Pyoderma_Gangrenosum (PG) and healthy controls, in the study, the gaps in the understanding of cellular and molecular landscape of SS and PG skin are addressed. Overall design: Human skin biopsies from affected individuals were collected and processed for library prep and next-generation sequencing at the Advanced Genomics Core at the University of Michigan.

Sweet综合征(Sweet's syndrome, SS)是一种尚未被充分阐明的炎症性皮肤病。本研究针对SS、坏疽性脓皮病(Pyoderma Gangrenosum, PG)患者及健康对照者开展RNA测序(RNA sequencing),填补了学界对SS与PG皮肤病变的细胞及分子特征图谱的认知空白。实验设计:收集受累患者的皮肤活检组织,于密歇根大学先进基因组学核心实验室完成文库制备(library prep)与下一代测序(next-generation sequencing)。
