GTDB Representative Genome with ANI=0.95 and k=31 (Deprecated)

This is a GTDB Representative Dataset pretrained on YACHT with parameters as ANI=0.95 and k=31. It contains 402,709 genomes organized into 85,205 species clusters.本数据集为在YACHT上预训练的基因组分类数据库（Genome Taxonomy Database, GTDB）代表性数据集，其采用的参数为平均核苷酸一致性（Average Nucleotide Identity, ANI）=0.95且k=31。该数据集包含402709个基因组，共划分为85205个物种聚类。
