Influence of grapevine rootstock and scion genotypes on the structure and composition of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi associated with the root system.

The goal was to study the influence of grapevine rootstock and scion genotypes on the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) of the root endosphere. Ten rootstock x scion combinations were analyzed by a metabarcoding approach using the 18S rRNA gene sequencing. A second gene (28S rRNA gene) was targeted for some combinations to compare the results and evaluate the effect of the targeted gene in metabarcoding approaches.

本研究旨在探究葡萄砧木与接穗基因型对根内体丛枝菌根真菌（arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi，AMF）的影响。研究采用基于18S rRNA基因测序的宏条形码（metabarcoding）方法，对10组砧木-接穗组合进行了分析。针对部分组合，本研究还将28S rRNA基因作为测序靶点，以对比实验结果并评估靶向基因对宏条形码方法的影响。
